VPSMT5 provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services optimized for Forex trading platforms including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), Expert Advisors (EAs), and automated trading systems.

2. Disclaimer

We provide VPS infrastructure services only. We do not provide brokerage, trading, or investment advice. All trading decisions and risks remain with the user. VPSMT5 is not responsible for any trading losses or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service only for lawful purposes
• Not engaging in any illegal or prohibited activities

4. Uptime Guarantee

VPSMT5 guarantees 99.99% uptime for our services. This excludes scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control. Customers are entitled to service credits for downtime exceeding the SLA terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use VPSMT5 services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Unauthorized access to systems
• DDoS attacks or other malicious activities
• Violating intellectual property rights

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Thai Baht (฿). Payments are due upfront for monthly subscriptions. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

VPSMT5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

VPSMT5 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
